You might be wondering...

How soon will my package be dispatched?

Oxholm is dispatching all orders as soon as possible. Usually we will ship it the next business day after you have placed your order, but please note that in periods of high demand it might take longer. You will always be notified when you new treasure from Oxholm is making its way to you. 

 

When will I receive my package?

Estimated delivery time for shipping within Norway is normally 1-3 days. In periods of high demand longer delivery could be expected. The delivery time varies depending on where in Norway you live.

 

What about payment?

Oxholm accepts the most common debit and credit cards, which are VISA and Mastercard – and all cards affiliated with these. You can also choose to pay with Klarna, in which case you will get an invoice by mail.

 

When will I be charged for the purchase?

If you choose to pay by card, we reserve the amount you spent when the order is placed. Payment is only debited from your card once we dispatch your new treasure. If you choose to pay by Klarna, you will pay for the items by an invoice after you have received the package

 

What if the item is sold out?

All items available in our webshop are a selection from our two stores at Lambertseter Senter and Byporten. This means that the items in some cases might be sold in the shop at the same time as you are conducting your purchase online. In that case the item is no longer available and you will naturally be informed by mail or phone as soon as possible. You will never pay for items that are not sent from us.

 

Can you send the goods as 'cash on delivery'?

No, unfortunately we cannot. But if you choose to pay by Klarna, you will receive an invoice, in which case you will not have to pay for the item until you have received it.
 

Can I exchange an item I have bought online in one of the actual shops?

This is only possible when you want to change to the exact same product in another size. Otherwise this is unfortunately not possible. Our shops are two separate units, and the online shop is also independent. If you have any further questions regarding this matter, please do not hesitate to contact us at shop@oxholm.no and we will work our magic as best as we can.


What if I want to return the item?

If you wish to return the item & get a refund, you need to fill out the form that came with the package and send this to us, along with the unworn item. You will be refunded within a few days.
