Terms & conditions for returns and complaints regarding all items purchased on www.oxholm.no

 

Price, shipping and payment

All prices are in Norwegian Kroner and the price is including 25% taxes if you are a Norwegian resident. Before completing your purchase you will be informed of the total cost, including everything related to your purchase.

We reserve the right to correct any printing errors in terms of price and information regarding items and services in our webshop.

Please note that colors might be perceived differently in the product pictures and in reality as photos are not always showing the exact tint.

 

Shipping within Norway 

All shipments, no matter the amount, will be shipped by Posten/Bring with tracking. If your purchase exceeds 1200kr the shipping cost is on the house. Orders under 1200kr are charged with a fixed price at 120kr. We pack and dispatch orders consecutively all workdays. After we have dispatched your item, you will normally be able to collect the package at your local post office within 1-3 business days, depending on the distance.

Shipping outside Norway

Please note that international customers might be subjected to customs or import taxes. Please check with your local customs office for rules and regulations. OXHOLM has no control over customs or import duties on international shipments. When the package reaches its destination, the recipient of the goods is responsible for the payment of any duties and/or taxes.

Payment

You may choose to pay either by card or invoice. We want you to feel safe when you are shopping with us, which is why we are working with the biggest vendors that offer payment solutions. Oxholm accepts the most common debit and credit cards; VISA and Mastercard – and all cards affiliated with these.

You may also choose to pay with Klarna, where you will receive an invoice by mail. With this option you have 14 days to pay for your purchase. Klarna is a simple and safe alternative.

Klarna has with its services Klarna invoice and Klarna account, become Scandinavia’s most popular form of payment, with the advantage that the customers gets the goods before paying. The payment process is the most efficient online today, and Klarna is very committed to the fact that you as a consumer should feel safe when you are shopping online.

Return, exchange and complaints

We hope you will be very happy with your new treasures from Oxholm. If you have questions or want assistance before going through with your purchase, we are available at shop@oxholm.no 

If you wish to exchange your item in another size or in another item, please place another order in our webshop and follow the regular return procedure for the item you wish to return. 

If you wish to return an item, we will refund you as long as the item is returned in the same condition as you received it; unworn, without smell and with all tags.

You will always receive a return form with your purchased items. This form needs to be filled out and sent to us together with the item you wish to return. We comply the Norwegian law, which states that this needs to be returned to us within 14 days from delivery.

Please contact us at shop@oxholm.no if you in the unlikely event did not receive a return form with the delivery. If so, we will send you the form by mail, or by post if necessary. We will refund you once we have received the item in pristine condition together with the return form.

Note that we do not accept returns on wool underwear or other types of underwear.

When returning an item you have to cover postage expenses. Please remember that, when the item is making its way back to us at Oxholm, you are responsible regarding packaging and possible damage. We recommend that you send any returns with tracking, as you carry the burden of evidence.

If you in the unlikely event receive an item with an error or a flaw, we kindly ask you to contact us at shop@oxholm.no. According to the Norwegian Sale of Goods Act, you need to notify us of the error within reasonable time. Send us an e-mail with a short description of the error and add a photo. We will then send you a complaint form, which you will need to fill and return together with the item. If you are not able to print the form, please let us know and we will send this to you by post. We will assist you with replacing the item with a similar one, or another item. In this case, we will cover the return costs.

If you have other question regarding a purchase, items, shipping, return, etc. we will happily assist you. We are primarily available by mail at shop@oxholm.no, but you can also text or call one of our shops. We will answer as soon as possible within the stores opening hours.

Personal data

Oxholm treats personal data according to the Law on Personal Data. Information that can be tied to you as a person will never be available to other businesses or other external registers.
